Housing assistance at Riverside House helps participants prepare for and transition into stable, independent housing after completing their reentry program. While long-term housing placement is provided through trusted community partners, our team supports each participant with planning, documentation, referrals, applications, and ongoing encouragement throughout the transition process.

Yes. Riverside House provides temporary and transitional housing through its Residential Reentry program and Emergency Shelter program. Participants live onsite while receiving structured support, supervision, case management, and preparation for independent living. Long-term or permanent housing, however, may be provided through our community partners.
Participants receive referrals to affordable housing programs, transitional housing providers, income-restricted units, Homeless Trust resources, and other community options.
Absolutely. Staff assist with documentation, applications, eligibility verification, and required forms for community housing programs.
