With our reentry approach, every participant receives individualized support that brings guidance, structure, and accountability to their journey — whether they live on campus or engage through Riverside Reentry 2.0. Every resident is paired with a dedicated case manager who provides guidance, oversight, accountability, and support from the moment they arrive. Through individualized planning, goal-setting, progress monitoring, and consistent communication, our team helps people navigate reentry to rebuild every area of their life with clarity and confidence.
Case management gives participants the consistent guidance they need to stay accountable, overcome barriers, and move steadily toward employment, family stability, independence, and long-term success.

Individualized Reentry Plans Personalized goals covering employment, education, counseling, family development, life skills, and supervision expectations.

Regular One-On-One Meetings Scheduled sessions to monitor progress, address challenges, reinforce accountability, and support daily stability.

Documentation & Benefits Support Help obtaining essential documents such as IDs, Social Security cards, medical coverage, and applicable public benefits.

Court, Probation & BOP Coordination Oversight that ensures full compliance with legal, supervisory, and program requirements across BOP, USPO, Pre-Trial, and local partners.
