Riverside House Participates in National Day of Prayer Gathering
Faith has the power to bring people together, strengthen communities, and inspire hope.
Earlier this National Day of Prayer, community members, local faith leaders, and organizations from across District 5 gathered at Covenant Ministries International with Pastor Linda Hawkins for a meaningful morning of prayer, fellowship, and unity.
Riverside House was honored to be represented by Executive Director Cleve Bell III, who served as one of the spiritual leaders during the event. As part of the program, Cleve led a prayer for our government, joining fellow leaders in lifting up our local, state, and national leaders while praying for wisdom, guidance, and unity.
Events like the National Day of Prayer provide an opportunity for individuals and organizations to come together around a shared commitment to serving others and strengthening the communities they call home. For Riverside House, participating in these gatherings reflects our ongoing mission to support not only the individuals we serve but also the broader community through faith, compassion, and collaboration.
At Riverside House, faith is at the center of everything we do. We believe that prayer, encouragement, and strong community partnerships play an important role in helping individuals find hope, healing, and restoration as they rebuild their lives.
We are grateful to Pastor Linda Hawkins, Covenant Ministries International, and everyone who participated in this special gathering. It was a privilege to stand alongside so many dedicated community and faith leaders in prayer, and we look forward to continuing to serve our community with faith, hope, and purpose.
